
Construction Project Manager

Salary : $50,000-80,000 annually (varies with experience)
Location : Fort Worth, Parker County, or Bell County TX

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or Engineering.
Experience is valued over education.
Minimum of 2 years construction project management experience.
Proven experience as a construction project manager or related role.
Working knowledge of all construction trades and construction means and methods.
Decision making abilities
Strong communication skills and leadership experience
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Self-motivated and organized
The ability to estimate and create bids for construction projects
Provide accurate estimates for needed supplies, manpower, resources, etc.
Accurately determine scopes of subcontractors and self performing tasks

Project Management
Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
Creating and overseeing project timelines
Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
Quality Control
Oversee the overall quality and coordination and efficiency of every renovation project.
Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
Budeting
Responsible for the profit, revenue and operating expenses of the company
Reporting and tracking status reports
Creating customer bids and internal bids
Management
Hiring, firing, training and ultimately keeping every team member accountable
Leading team meetings
Customer Management
Managing customers expectations and being their point of contact throughout a construction process
Sales
Meeting with clients and selling jobs
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills – Success in this role only comes alongside effective communication.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving – Sometimes problems happen. This position requires troubleshooting, problem solving, and process creation to help prevent those same issues from arising in the future.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for management, planning, and organization for all aspects related to construction projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding construction projects.
